I don't know why my payment method was denied?

We use a U.K. based credit card processor, which might cause confusion with your banking institution. If your card was declined and you don't know why, contact your bank and ask them to allow this international transaction to go through and try again.

Another possible issue is that the name on your bank account differs from the name you've chosen to use as a customer in our store. Make sure to check your order confirmation and connect with your bank over any inconsistencies.
